Conditions for your Stay & general information:

  1. No corkage/ No extra charges for bringing personal alcohol.

  2. Check in 1.00 PM - Check out 11:00 AM

  3. All inclusive of Taxes and amenities.

  4. Mineral water & soft drinks will be charged extra.

  5. Balance payment on completion of the day in CASH only.

  6. The Closest ATM Is AXIS Bank, which is, located 25 KMS from Panshet at Khadakwasla Dam.

  7. Outside water and non-alcoholic beverages are strictly not permitted.

  8. Any food articles outside the specified package will be charged A La Carte

  9. Credit card facility is currently unavailable.

  10. Please help us keep "Paradise Country" beautiful and clean.

  11. Please note as per new Pune Rural Police Directive, July, 2011 (CRPC 149) it is required by all guests to furnish the resort with personal details including ID proof namely Pan Card, DL or other.

  12. IDEA Cellular is the only functioning network provider in the region.

  13. Swimming costumes are a mandatory requirement for all guests.

  14. Please deposit your valuables with property managements' safe.The club shall not be responsible in the unlikely event for loss or theft of articles.

  15. Any damages/breakages will be charged as per market replacement policy.

  16. Paradise Country, Panshet enforce a strict 'No Narcotics' Policy.

    The management may, at its discretion, require a written commitment in this regard from organizers, prior to commencement of a event / group function / booking

  17. Booking advances will be forfeited if the Guest cancels booking within 12 hours of Arrival Time and Date.

  18. Glass is strictly not permitted near the swimming pool area. It is a sincere request to all guests to co-operate with resort staff

  19. Swimming pool facility is operational. The facility may remain closed if management feels it is unfit for use. Please co-operate with resort staff.

  20. Disk Jockey /Music-hired has a maximum of 4 hour slot. Anything beyond the same needs to be prior organized.

Booking Procedures:

  1. 50 % non-refundable advance is required to secure the booking.

  2. Nominated bank account details mentioned below.

  3. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours from arrival date/time will forfeit advances.

  4. A confirmation letter will be emailed upon reflection of funds into our account.

  5. NEFT / Electronic Transfers / Cash / Cheques are the only medium of payment as current.

  6. Check In Time: 01.00 PM

  7. Check out Time: 11.00 AM

Web Booking / 3rd Partner / Channel Partner

  1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel(s).

  2. As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.

  3. Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry extra bed etc.). In case, such additional charges are levied by the hotel(s), we shall not be held responsible for it.

  4. Extra bed can be accommodated with a folding cot or a mattress, subject to room size & availability.

  5. The hotel(s) reserves the right to decline accommodation to localites/same city residents.

  6. The hotelier may charge your Card/Account for additional cancellation charges, if any.

  7. In case of an increase in the hotel(s) tariff (due to an event or festive occasion) the customer is liable to pay the difference, if the period of stay falls within this duration.

  8. Only Government Approved / Issued ID will be acceptable as ID proof.

  9. For Day Use booking, extension of stay beyond the time slots booked will levy additional charges. Any stay post 7 PM will be charged as full night stay.

  10. Any third party partner or channel partner bookings need to be confirmed with the resort for availability first and an advance deposit must be made to secure and confirm the booking.
